You may have a toilet that just needs a little love rather than replacing. Most toilets can be made to work like new again with the replacement of a few critical parts. A simple toilet tune may be all you need to get rid of that annoying occasional random flushing sound that your toilet makes, also known as the “phantom flush.” If you are not sure whether you should replace your toilet or have your existing toilet overhauled, one of our technicians would be happy to take a look and give you the facts to help you decide what is the right choice.
For a toilet tune-up, our technician will install a new fill valve, flush valve, water supply line, and will replace the tank to bowl seal and hardware. If your toilet is not caulked around that bottom, we will caulk the toilet for you as well. If our technician identifies signs that the toilet has been leaking around the base currently or previously, additional services may be recommended.
Pricing listed does not include costs and time associated with insufficient supply lines, insufficent electrical serivice, code non-compliance, and/or insufficient space or obstructions.
